What counts as an event?
Page views and custom events both count toward your monthly limit. Our under-2KB snippet fires one event per page load.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires nothing. Paid plans offer a 14-day trial with no card required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.
What happens when I hit my event limit?
Events beyond your limit are silently dropped. Your dashboard continues to work with the data already collected. No overage charges.
How does the AI report work?
Every Monday, we send your last 7 days of analytics data to Claude (Anthropic's AI) along with your business context. Claude returns 3–5 specific, ranked recommendations. The report is emailed to you and stored in your dashboard.
Is my data shared with anyone?
Never. Your data lives in your account. We don't aggregate it, sell it, or use it for anything other than generating YOUR reports.
