How does the 30-day free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 30-day trial of the full product — all Growth features, no credit card required. We email you a heads-up 3 days before it ends, and since there is no card on file, you can never be surprise-charged. When it ends, pick the plan that fits. Your data is kept safe either way.
What counts as an event?
Page views and custom events both count toward your monthly limit. Our under-2KB snippet fires one event per page load.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time — monthly or annual. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.
What happens when I hit my event limit?
Events beyond your limit are silently dropped. Your dashboard continues to work with the data already collected. No overage charges.
How does the AI report work?
Every Monday, we send your last 7 days of analytics data, along with your business context, to Crafty Meerkat's AI (powered by Anthropic). It returns 3–5 specific, ranked recommendations. The report is emailed to you and stored in your dashboard.
I manage more than 50 websites — what are my options?

Is my data shared with anyone?
