How it works

You choose which data snapshots to include — analytics, AI insight reports, competitor analyses, site profile crawls, page speed metrics, and uptime stats — and Crafty Meerkat synthesizes them into one document. The output cites specific data points (“LCP on /booking is 4.1s on mobile”), prioritizes actions by effort and impact, and includes success criteria so you can verify each fix actually worked.

You can generate the document in two formats. The Improvement Prompt is a markdown brief for Cursor, Claude Code, or your developer — paste it into an AI coding tool or attach it to a work request. The Claude Code Skill is a reusable .md skill file with YAML frontmatter (a small machine-readable header) that you can drop into your project, so your coding tool carries your site’s context and priorities into every future session.

Generation runs in the background, and finished documents are saved to a downloadable report history — build one before each sprint or developer check-in and keep the trail of what was asked for and why.
